Refund policy

We are happy to accept a return of your items within 14 days from the day you receive your order for exchange or store credit ONLY (which is valid for 3 years). All items must be unworn and in original condition. All packaging and labels must be returned, including the branded jewellery box, which should be unaltered and not marked in any way.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings and custom-made products or solid gold orders as they are made-to-order.
You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the products you have purchased have a manufacturing fault. Tseven diamonds reserves the right to refuse or give partial refunds if the product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please choose your desired products carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind, or the product does not look as you’d expected; all our product images show our products exactly as they are.
We do, however, offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

SALE PURCHASES:
Products purchased that are under the following: Sale, Clearance, or Exclusive Collection/Limited Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY RETURNS:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you believe your item is faulty or has been received damaged, please get in touch ASAP (within seven days from the day you receive your product).

Provide us with your Order Number, and some photos of the faulty product.
If your item is deemed to be genuinely faulty, we will meet our obligations.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES:
Purchases made using a Gift Card can only be returned for an exchange, or e-voucher (valid for 3 years).

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver.

 

WARRANTY

Here at Tseven Diamonds we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture; that is why we offer 1 year limited warranty.

Your original receipt or Oder number is required for all warranty service. We agree to repair or replace any items which we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, this includes defective bails, defective clasps or stone faults. Tseven diamonds reserves the right to refuse service for reasons not due to our error.

This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear (fading due to misuse of the product) and / physical / accidental abuse, loss (including lost stones) and theft.

Repair, sizing or service performed by anyone other than Tseven diamonds will immediately void the warranty. 

 

 

Please note, if we cannot service and item and it requires a full unit replacement we can only offer replacements of the exact same item that is damaged, we cannot replace it for another item of the same or different value. To request a replacement for a faulty item, please email support@tsevendiamonds.com and please include images of the damage with your receipt of purchase. 

 

Cancelling your order:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed. 

Once you receive your item(s) you can request a return within 14 days.
